Riguardo la musica a 432 Hz e i suoi benefici:
L'ascolto di musica a 432 Hz armonizza il corpo, la mente e anche la natura circostante, ripristinando l'equilibrio primordiale di pace e benessere. Stimola le capacità mentali e la guarigione fisica. Promuove anche l'evoluzione della coscienza attivando la ghiandola pineale, precedentemente nota come "Occhio di Ra" in Egitto, "Terzo occhio" a est e "Singolo occhio" nel cristianesimo.
L'accordatura a 440 Hz induce un cambiamento innaturale e dissonante nel nostro modo di pensare. I 440 Hz portano ad un notevole aumento dell'emisfero sinistro e del sistema simpatico del cervello provocando un aumento spropositato dello stato beta, e il flusso di informazioni è miliardi di volte più debole, favorendo così uno stato di tensione che indebolisce il sistema immunitario e persino le facoltà cerebrali. Questo non significa che la musica suonata a 440 Hz sia cattiva da ascoltare, ma sicuramente non è armonica per la nostra salute.

The 440 Hz tuning induces an unnatural and dissonant change in the way we think. The 440 Hz leads to a considerable increase in the left hemisphere and the sympathetic system of the brain causing a disproportionate increase in the beta state, and the flow of information is billions of times weaker, thus promoting a state of tension that weakens the immune system and even the brain faculties. This does not mean that the music played at 440 Hz is bad to listen to, but it certainly is not harmonious to our health.
